REFUND POLICY

Please submit a return or refund request immediately. Send your request within 30 days of delivery. If for any reason the item was not delivered, you must submit your request within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. We are not obligated to consider requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date or the last estimated delivery date.

Wrong Item – If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the product listing, you are entitled to a refund. We may request proof of the issue, usually just one or two photos. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it.

Never Arrived – If you do not receive the item you ordered, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.
